We come together this month at Congregation Tikkun v’Or located at 2550 N. Triphammer Road, Ithaca. This month’s gathering is being sponsored by Congregation Tikkun v’Or.
In addition to our regular community dinner, this month we will hear a little about the upcoming holiday of Passover, and a special 49-day practice called “Counting of the Omer”.
Please bring a labeled vegetarian dish-to-pass and an open heart to meet new friends. No time to cook? Please be our guest!
These monthly Interfaith Community Dinners are a result of collaboration among Lansing United Methodist Church, Al Huda Islamic Center, Congregation Tikkun v’Or, Ithaca Reform Temple, and members of the Lansing Community.
We welcome all of our neighbors from all Faith traditions: Christian, Muslim, Jewish, etc., Neighbors with faith in their community, and those unaffiliated with a specific faith group; ALL are truly welcome.
