Yoga Devotions with Kelly Quinn

Incorporate more movement into your life & center your spirit!

Class will begin in the breath, centering ourselves in the Presence of God….setting aside all that distracts from the relationship God intends for us. We will conclude each gathering with devotions.

Modifications and adaptations will be offered  for individual physical needs.

Please wear comfortable clothes and your mask. Bring your own yoga mat.
